The Delta Eta (PA) Chapter (NE) of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. was chartered on February 11, 1952 on the campus of The University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. The charter includes the University of Pennsylvania, Drexel University, Villanova University, St. Joseph’s University, La Salle University and Arcadia University (née Beaver College). Delta Eta is the Citywide chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi.
